All orders from Project Phantom are preorders, meaning your item is made to order and will ship within the timeframe listed on the product page.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
International Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or local fees determined by your country’s customs authority.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We do not control these fees, and we cannot predict their amount or remove them. Customs policies vary widely by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office prior to placing your order.
Refusal to pay customs fees or rejection of delivery does not qualify for a refund. If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties or unclaimed status, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any restocking fees incurred. Refunds (if approved) will only apply to the product cost once the returned parcel is received in its original, unused condition.
Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If your parcel is unclaimed and returned to us by your local postal service, we will contact you via email. In such cases, you may choose to have it reshipped (at your expense) or request a refund for the item cost only (excluding shipping). Orders that are refused upon delivery or returned due to unpaid import duties are not eligible for a full refund.
