Wash Care Instructions

To keep your Phantom pieces looking sharp and feeling premium, we recommend following these care instructions carefully — especially for garments featuring chenille, embroidery, or heavy fabrics.

Before Washing

Turn your garments inside out before washing. This helps protect embroidery, chenille, and printed areas from unnecessary friction.

If your piece has drawstrings, secure or tie them together to prevent tangling in the wash. For small stains, gently spot clean with a mild detergent before the full wash.

Washing

Hand washing is the preferred method. Fill a basin with cold water and add a gentle detergent. Submerge the item and lightly agitate it. Avoid scrubbing or wringing the fabric.

If you choose to machine wash, always use the delicate cycle with cold water. Place the garment inside a mesh laundry bag to reduce friction. Avoid mixing with rough fabrics, zippers, or heavy items.

Never use hot water or expose the garment to heat, as this can cause shrinkage or damage.

Drying

Always air dry flat. Lay the piece on a clean towel and gently reshape it while it dries. Do not hang, as this may stretch the fabric over time.

Avoid placing items in direct sunlight, as this can lead to fading — especially on lighter colourways.

Additional Care

Always check the care label on your specific item for any tailored instructions. If you're unsure or the item is delicate, dry cleaning may be the safest option.
