All Phantom OG Collection items are limited release and made to order. For this reason, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or delays due to production.

We do, however, stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
